Damilola Chinedu is the founder of Debra's Palace Initiative, a non-profit organization that helps solve the daily challenges faced by young males by equipping them with the necessary tools, guidance, and encouragement required to live productive and fulfilling lives. Her flagship project, Boy Child Conversation, has hosted over 3000 participants in both physical and virtual settings over the last three years, featuring prominent individuals such as Femi Odugbemi, Tunde Onakoya, Bada Akintunde, Gaise Baba, Morenike Molehin, Leke Adeboye, Seun Ajayi, Tosin Martins, Evans Akanno, Michael Ama psalmist, and Dayo Israel.

Damilola possesses a Nonprofit Leadership and Management certification from the Lagos Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. She is also a certified Festival Manager from the British Council Lagos.

Damilola plays a vital role as a core team member at the I-Represent International Documentary Festival and had the privilege of managing the festival in 2023.

Her passion for humanity has motivated her to serve with several non-governmental organizations committed to enhancing education, alleviating poverty, and promoting cancer awareness amongst women and children. She is a member of the Boys to MEN Foundation's Policy Think-Tank, which aims to shape boys and men into responsible gentlemen.

As a member of the Inspira Peer Mentoring group, which seeks to promote networking and change-making for young Nigerian professionals and entrepreneurs, Damilola remains committed to creating a better world. She is happily married to Emeka Chinedu, a filmmaker, and the couple is blessed with two children.
